COVID 19 – Information for families
At Hope Family Funerals our promise has never changed -
“Our family, helping your family”
At Hope Family Funerals we want to reassure you and your whanau that we are following the systems put in place by
New Zealand medical and health authorities. We not only help and care for families through the expected difficult times, but we also care for the health and safety of our families.
We would like to take the time to share with you the strategies we have implemented to keep both yourselves and our staff as safe as possible.
We ask that you inform us if you have any concerns or suspect that your deceased loved one or a family member has either been in contact with someone infected with Covid-19 or suspect that they may be infected themselves.
When visiting the Hope Family Funeral Home
We would appreciate a call in advance if you require to visit us to make an appointment.
Wearing a mask is recommended.
We request a maximum of six family/whanau per viewing.
Scanning in and producing a 'My Vaccine Pass' is no longer required.

You do not need to wear a face mask at a gathering, but it is encouraged.

If you have any questions about the new framework system and how this affects you and your loved ones, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we are more than happy to answer any questions. We are here to help.
